Manufacturing NI are excited to collaborate with Cpl’s Future of Work Institute in this exciting webinar series “Becoming an Employer of Choice”.
We understand that many of our members face common business challenges in attracting, retaining and engaging employees in an ever changing market. With this in mind we have teamed up with Cpl’s Future of Work Institute to bring you a series of 60minute webinar style sessions designed to engage, excite and inspire you to create strategies to become an employer of choice.
The following outlines each session and the key topics covered and learning outcomes you may expect.

Leadership is a key strategic enabler for the future of work. Many organisations fail to adequately prepare leaders for the future of work.
In this session, Barry Winkless, Cpl’s Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Future of Work Institute will discuss how leadership needs to evolve to attract, retain and engage employees. He will explore the Savvy Leadership Framework and other aspects to supporting the leadership evolution.
This is a 1 hour session with Q&A open to all members. The session will be held via Zoom.
