The current site has approximately 140 direct employees who are complemented by contractors. The plant operates a 24/7 operation across 4 shifts with a self-managing team functioning at night-time. DuPont has ISO 14001 and 9001 certification and is instrumental in the development and progress of new technologies across the plant. The company has always played an active role in the North West community and welcomes engagement with education.
