A huge thank you to Zeus, Letterkenny, for hosting the 5th GEMX Lean on Me session.
The day began on the factory floor, with a tour of the Zeus operation and an opportunity to see their daily management approach in action.
The Zeus team then took us through their Lean, Digitalisation and AI journey, sharing practical insights into how technology, continuous improvement and people are being brought together to improve performance.
As always, the real value of Lean on Me came from the openness of the host company and the willingness of participating businesses to share experiences, challenges and ideas.
