On the 25th of November, GEMX hosted an apprenticeship information evening. The event brought together 8 training providers, 8 companies, and more than 70 parents and young people — all in one room, all focused on opportunity and growth. The event was packed with insights on the value of apprenticeships and their impact on the North West economy.
Attendees got a glimpse into the diverse range of roles for people of all ages and at all stages of their career available across GEMX companies in the NW, and the networking energy in the room was fantastic.
Students received practical guidance from current apprentices, employers, and training providers — with a strong emphasis on being prepared, knowing your strengths, and being ready to sell yourself.
