It was great to see so many new faces at our HR Breakfast.
We had over 40 people, representing 22 North West companies & 10 supporting organisations.
We heard from a range of people with a wealth of real-life experience which they shared in a passionate and eloquent way.
The theme was positive and urged us to focus on a future that will be better.
- We need to recognise that stress is the asbestos of this century.
- We need to make sure our days are 8 hrs work/ 8 hrs rest & 8 hrs play.
- We need to show empathy not sympathy.
- And always remember it’s not what you know, it’s who you know!
GEMX is focused on the NW – our attendees were from Delhi to Derry & Limerick to Londonderry🤣🤣🤣 and everywhere in between.
