Recently our MakeME Academy students took part in some brilliant Masterclass sessions led by Bronagh Ward from the Royal Academy of Engineering. A series of five dynamic Masterclass sessions were conducted across Lisneal College, St Brigid’s College, St Mary’s College, Oakgrove Integrated College, and St Joseph’s Boys School. Led by Bronagh Ward from the Royal Academy of Engineering, these sessions were designed to inspire creativity and problem-solving skills among students.

Students from diverse backgrounds participated in interactive workshops aimed at fostering innovative thinking and applying engineering principles to real-world challenges. Each session encouraged students to approach problems from diverse perspectives, and to “think like engineers.”

A big thanks to all participating schools and the Royal Academy of Engineering for their invaluable support in making these sessions possible.
